Webshop product range

www.atk-huolto.fi is a Finnish web shop specialized in refurbished/pulled 2nd hand parts for laptops. We give our products a proper warranty, which usually varies from 3 to 6 months. We also carry some new parts and occasionally some liquidation items.

Everything listed in the webshop is immediately available in our inventory. If we don't have it in stock, we don't list it. Simple as that.

2nd hand products are marked with a Finnish abbreviation of [käyt.] in the title of the product. Parts without that marking are regular factory new items.

Payment and shipping terms

Wire Transfer : The only options for international orders is payment in advance in EUR to our Finnish account. Necessary details (IBAN/SWIFT etc) will be given during webshop checkout.

After you have succesfully made an order, you can login your own page, where you can follow the status your order. You will also be emailed an English language postal tracking URL after your parcel is on it's way. We will typically use Economy Air Mail by Finnish Post, which is both safe and rather fast without being ridiculously expensive.

Warranty

Everything has a warranty, unless clearly mentioned, varying from 1-6 months.

RMA instructions

In order to return a malfunctioning or DOA product during the warranty period, ALWAYS first contact us by email, in order to get further instructions for a warranty return, and also that we can find out that a return for repair is needed and not due to e.g. drivers or installation problems.
After getting a return authorization, return the defect item to ADIDEA OY / RMA, BOX 54, 21201 RAISIO, FINLAND. You will have to cover the postage. We will in turn pay for the shipping of the repaired or new item back to you.
