Payments
We accept foreign payments as bank transfers only. When you order from us, you get the needed information (IBAN etc) for making a transaction using your bank software or by visiting a local bank. Payments from within EU can take 2-3 days to reach our account, and up to a week when paid outside EU, so please be patient.

Shipping methods
The only shipping method available is Economy or Priority Air Mail by the Finnish Post. By Priority Air you can expect to receive your shipment in 4-7 days within Europe and 7-14 days when shipped outside the EU. Economy usually means 3-7 days slower delivery, but for a lower price.

After the payment has reached our account, you will get a notification on email. After the item has left us, you will also receive an English language tracking URL which you can use to track your shipment all the way to your doorstep. Only exception are very small and cheap items, which will usually be sent as a normal letter. If needed, you still can request for small shipments to be equipped with a tracking code, but for a small extra cost.
